Returns and Exchanges

Our Guarantee

Great care has been taken to ensure a true representation of each of the items featured online. However, as many items are individually made, slight variations in colour may occur. 

Please ensure you check your delivery once it arrives as any shortages must be notified on receipt of your parcel.  

Should you return your purchase within 7 days of the date it was received, we will refund you any money you have paid us for that item (you will only need to pay for the postage). Where 7 days have passed, we will be happy to offer an exchange to the value of your purchase within 14 days, as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging.

We will accept cancellations on our stock lines at any time prior to dispatch. 

Refunds will be given in accordance with the method of payment and will be less the original shipping charge.  Please note that we do not pay for the cost of return under this guarantee.


Damaged Goods

If products are damaged during transit then we will replace them free of charge once the original has been returned to us.  In this instance, you will also receive a full refund on any postage costs you incurred for the return of same.   Please note -  should items be lost in the post on return to us, we are not liable for replacements.  We strongly recommend you send by registered mail or courier to ensure guaranteed return.
